My friend Bryan, his wife and 2 young daughters were murdered New Year's Day
I can't even think. 
I don't know what to say. How could this happen? Why would anyone do this?
There are no clues, no leads. They were savagely murdered in their home.
I've been crying on and off since I found out - and, it must be so much worse for my friends in Virginia.
It is just so totally fucked up.
I think I'm going to drive to Richmond tomorrow; take the dog and hit the road. I think it's like a 9 hour drive, but I need to do it. There's a memorial on Friday and probably a service on Saturday. I don't know how I'll do it, but I will.

Your posts have touched me. I used to work for Kathryn and made a 7-hour drive to Richmond for the memorial....thank you for sharing your thoughts and photographs.
